These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Next Inn Games (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, Discord bot infrastructure services, and mobile game(s) (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

2. Services

2.1 Discord Bot Infrastructure (SaaS)

We provide bot infrastructure services including, but not limited to, Ticket, Welcome, Announce, Count Game, and other features as may be developed and released.

2.2 Mobile Game(s)

We publish mobile games, including but not limited to TrickyRush, which are made available for free on the Play Store and may contain advertising.

2.3 Modifications

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without prior notice.

3. Payments and Refunds

3.1 Payment Processing. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. You agree to abide by their terms and conditions in addition to ours.

3.2 Non-Refundable Payments. Except as expressly provided in Clause 3.3, all payments are final and non-refundable.

3.3 Refund Exception. A refund may only be requested if:

You purchased a subscription to our bot infrastructure; and
You cancel and stop the server within 24 hours of purchase.

3.4 After this period, you are not entitled to any refund.

4. User Obligations

4.1 You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

Spam, automated mass messaging, or harassment.
Distribution of malware or malicious software.
Activities that violate Discord’s Terms of Service.

4.2 You must comply with the minimum age requirements set by Discord (13 years of age in most jurisdictions). If your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age, you must comply with that higher requirement.

4.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, source code, designs, content, logos, and trademarks, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Next Inn Games.

5.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or business use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

5.3 You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services.
Distribute, sublicense, lease, or resell the Services.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
